Overview
As Webdesign Art Director, I oversaw the creative production of the GQ.fr × Balenciaga “Monday Shoes” editorial, blending fashion photography with AI-generated environments using Firefly and DALL·E — within the creative constraints set by Condé Nast. The project pushed the boundaries of digital storytelling while respecting editorial and technological integrity.
Challenge
GQ France needed a striking editorial feature for the “Monday Shoes” promotion by Balenciaga that combined high-fashion photography with emerging visual technologies—while staying within Condé Nast’s approved tools at the time.
Solution
I supervised the photoshoot and handled the seamless integration of the physical model onto digitally generated environments. The subtlety and craftsmanship lay in blending real-world imagery with AI-generated landscapes—created exclusively using Condé Nast–approved platforms: Adobe Firefly and OpenAI’s DALL·E.

The result is a visually compelling and sophisticated campaign page on GQ.fr that elevates Balenciaga's aesthetic through a fusion of fashion photography and controlled AI-generated art. The end product maintains artistic integrity, brand alignment, and technological innovation — all while respecting internal AI usage guidelines.
